Mung Bean sprouts are rich in proteins and many other Vitamins. It becomes very popular, especially in East Asian countries.
PLANTING
Soak seeds for 8-12 hours. Rinse and drain. Spread evenly in sprouting container. Rinse and drain once per day until harvest. When sprouts have reached the desired size, expose them to light for a few hours to colour them up.
FLAVOUR
Sweet and nutty flavour, crunchy.
CULINARY USE
Add mung bean sprouts to any dishes, salads, soups, sandwiches, stir-fries, burgers, etc. It works also perfectly as garnishes. |
