Mustard sprouts are rich in vitamins, minerals and antioxidants, also high in dietary fibre. Easy to grow and quick harvest!
PLANTING
Soak seeds for 6-8 hours. Rinse and drain. Spread evenly in sprouting container. Rinse and drain 2-3 times per day for 3 days. After that, rinse once per day until harvest. When sprouts have reached the desired size, expose them to light for a few hours to colour them up.
FLAVOUR
Pungent, peppery radish flavour.
CULINARY USE
It is used to give a spicy or peppery taste to any meal. Try seasoning mashed potatoes.
