PLANTING

 It prefers well-drain soil. Water regularly. Perform well in containers - 15cm+ deep; smaller ones are ok for babyleaves. Babyleaves can be planted indoor at windowsill with access to sunlight. 

FLAVOUR

Sweet and mildly spicy - just like wasabi!

CULINARY USE

Use the young leaves in salads or sandwiches, the mature leaves best for cooking such as stir-fry or pickling.
