Pea tendrils, aka pea shoots, are incredibly easy to grow. They're nutritious too. The entire plant is edible. Eat or use them when young and tender as they become tough and bitter when the plant getting over-matured.
PLANTING
Soak seeds 8-10 hours, do not re-use water. Cover seeds with soil lightly. Keep soil moist. Grow in a tray with holes and put this tray into another tray without holes, to make sure the soil and seeds are not sitting in water, other plastic buckets or bowls are also fine. Use only sterile soil and containers. The shoots are considered mature when grown to about 10-15cm length.

Sweet and tasty with some grassy aroma.
CULINARY USE
