PLANTING

 Use well-drained soil. No additional fertilizer needed if soil is rich enough. Water regularly. No transplant needed, start direct outdoor.

FLAVOUR

Cook well to provide an earthy taste with a slightly sweet after-taste. Cook with herbs, like thyme, garlic, mint, etc, to enhance flavour.

CULINARY USE

Steamed, added to soups or salads, boiled, stewed, or even microwaved!
