Romaine is a popular lettuce with elongated leaves. It becomes our flavourite Romaine Heart when the outer leaves are removed.

Prefer moisture rich and well-drained soil.

FLAVOUR

Refreshing crisp and mild flavour. More water for faster growing. The faster it grows the crisper the leaves.

CULINARY USE

Usual ingredients in Caesar Salad. Work well in other salads, wraps. Usually eat raw but also popular in making soup, stir fry or grilled.
