Many people has praised Rosemary's medicinal usage. It has the same or even more significant contribution on culinary use. However, growing rosemary is not as easy as other herbs so it's suggested for intermediate home-farmers.

PLANTING

It grows well in containers. Rosemary is notoriously hard to grow from seed. But this type has a great improvement. Try it out, you will be surprised.

FLAVOUR

It has a very strong and pungent smell so grow one pot per time, unless you feel comfortable or for mass consumption.

CULINARY USE

Unlike other herbs to be added at the end of cooking, it is suggested to add Rosemary during cooking. It works very well in roasted dishes, stews and stuffings.
