Sweet, sweet, and sweet. It is 250 to 300 times sweeter than table sugar. It has a few advantages over sugar, e.g. it carries zero calories.

CULINARY USE

Squeeze the juice from Stevia leaves and use it as sugar, BUT, remember this is 250 times sweeter than sugar so use only 1/250 qty to sugar and it will bring the same sweetness.
