Many people confused with Anise with Fennel - and their seeds are 90% similar. Anise is used as culinary spice and extracted into oils.

PLANTING

Full sun is required for healthy Anise. Normally 90 days to bloom but it would take longer. 

FLAVOUR

It has a licorice-like flavour. It is sweet and very aromatic.

CULINARY USE

Both leaves and flowers could be used to infuse tea, or flaovur soup and cakes.
