PLANTING
Plant in well drained soil and do not overwater. Perform best in full sun. Normally no need heavy fertilization. Regular watering, keep soil moist.
FLAVOUR
Nutty, and bitter, people like it becase of this unique bitterness.
CULINARY USE
All parts of the plant are edible. Blanch it quickly to remove some bitter, cook with lemon can also make a better balance. Sauteed and grilled bring you good eating experiences. |
