PLANTING
Best soil temperature for germination and growing would be between 20oC to 30oC. Germinations need light so do not cover in soil. Well drained soil. Regular watering.
HABITS
May need lot of water until fruit ripening time. A signal the plant needs water is when you see the large leaves wilted.
TIPS
Mulching helps for easier harvesting and to conserve water. It produces more fruits under full sun however avoid under sun continuously if termperature is above 30oC. Provide shade in very warm days. |
