Close cousins to Habanero. It produces 2-3cm cutie round thinner skin pepper with 250,000 - 300,000 Scoville Heat Units - super hot!
PLANTING
Best soil temperature for germination and growing would be between 25oC to 35oC. It doesn't need light to germinate. Give them a light fertilizing about a week after the first true leaf built. Well drained soil. Regular watering.
FLAVOUR
It's very spicy with a fruity, citrus-forward flavour.
CULINARY USE
Can be eaten fresh or pickled. Also great to use in sauces, salsas and marinades. Remind about it's hotness whichever ways to serve. |
